SHORE UP! Inc. provides assistance to the community by actively connecting participants and clients to additional opportunities in the community for both educational and career advancement. Our adult employment programs begin with a skills assessment, where we attempt to better pair career choices with individual skills and education. If additional job training is needed or a certification obtained, that participant is connected with the proper resources.
To supplement and support our participants in their pursuit of employment success, we incorporate soft skills such as resume writing and dressing for success. Job search assistance and career counseling are also provided as adjunct services.
