Family support programs at SHORE UP consist of a number of programs that either provide direct assistance or resources to assist our individuals and families in becoming self-sufficient. These support services include our food and nutrition program, which provides breakfast, lunch, and snack according to Child and Adult Care Program (CACFP) guidelines; our transportation program which provide safe, reliable transportation to eligible program participants for either our Adult Day Services program or our Head Start/Early Head Start program.
