Description

  • Performs administrative duties that contribute to effective day-to-day program operations.  This includes staff work schedules, utilization of substitute staff, daily site walk-through observations, information technology utilization/needs and fire inspections.  Also responsible for health and safety, ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance), Family Service and Information Technology reports.
  • Collaborates to ensure physical, intellectual, social and emotional needs of each child are met.
  • Monitors, records and analyzes child behavior and progress for program planning and referrals.
  • Ensures efficient meal planning that includes quality menus in accordance to CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) standards.
  • Monitors home visits, contact notes, written family goals and transition plans/surveys.
  • Conducts monthly meetings with Family Service staff, custodians, cooks, social workers, nurses and the nutritionist.  Provides parent/staff meeting oversight.
