Assists in the planning and implementation of nutritional education for staff and children.
- Prepares meals and ensures each child is served appropriately.
- Monitors food and related supplies, charts, temperatures, inventory, supplies and equipment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, prior experience and Nutrition and/or Sanitation Training/Certification. Must pass medical examination, TB test and criminal background investigation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and prior related experience. Candidates must have a good driving record with zero points, while possessing a Class B CDL driver’s license with P and S endorsements. Additionally, they must possess and maintain valid First Aid and CPR Certifications. The candidate must pass a criminal background investigation, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and medical examination, and attend DHR orientation. They must also be highly dependable and relate well to pre-school children and adults, have emotional maturity and stability, calmness and good judgment during crisis situations.
