Our main office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The main office is usually closed for the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin King, Jr. Day
- Presidents Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving and the day after
- Christmas and the day after
However, specific programs operate on some of these holidays.
Agency applications are available for pickup at any of our locations, or you are welcome to complete a brief form to have someone contact you.
No, except for Adult Day Services, where the costs are usually covered by other programs the participants are in (such as from the VA, Medicaid, etc.) or provided for with grants.
Adjacent to the main office, there is a visitor parking lot reserved solely for the use of SHORE UP! Inc.’s program participants and visitors. We also have a satellite parking lot in the 600 block of Snow Hill Road, across from Classic Custom Framing.
SHORE UP! is a non-profit organization whose funding primarily comes from federal grants and state grants. We also receive donations and funding from local governments and private foundations.
Yes, we encourage program participants to apply for any services that may help them become more self-sufficient.
Absolutely not. Any information about you or your family is strictly confidential and only accessible to staff who need the information in order to assist you.
