Thank you to our Shore Gives More Donors

Thank you so much for your efforts in spreading the word about Giving Tuesday and for your donations. The local initiative, Shore Gives More Campaign, was an opportunity for SHORE UP! to spread the word about our programs and services, and to obtain donations to help in the advancement of our mission of building communities, changing lives, and empowering individuals and families to maintain long-term independence and achieve economic security.

Thanks to you, the agency raised $1,800. A total of 28 donors raised these funds for SHORE UP! Although we were short of our $5,000 fundraising goal, please note that this was our first year participating in the initiative. As we learn more and grow our networks, this initiative will grow for us too. Individuals who donated and chose not to remain anonymous, are as follows. Donations could also be provided in someone’s memory. Sixteen of the 28 donors donated in memory of Bruce Wharton and Thomas Vanlandingham.
